List2move® is owned and operated by Roxwell Properties, Inc. of Fairport, NY.  With almost 20 years of real estate experience we were the first brokerage in Western New York to offer flat fee internet access to the Realtor MLS and a la carte Realtor services at flat fee pricing.  We initiated the concept of Broker Assisted Realty in Rochester,  Buffalo and Syracuse and  continue to offer the best in value and services  to sellers and buyers interested in saving money selling and buying real estate in our area. Our broker is a New York State Licensed Broker and multi year recipient of the Greater Rochester Association of Realtors Sales Master Gold Award and a New York State Certified Real Estate Instructor.
